There he is, the man behind the camera. Finally caught while hiking in Sedona... one of my favorite trips we've had yet.

Rock & Troll

 Fucking finally, another post... but what else is new. A fellow blogger said it so perfectly. I feel like lately it's been so cold that I can barely put a creative outfit together when getting ready every morning. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of rad jackets and sweaters but when dressing myself I always go for the same few... then can't help but be bored with myself. It probably doesn't help that I'm always running late so I usually pull together what I can make work quickly as I'm running out the door. Blahhhh... so I've been spicing up my life with a slew of graphic tees and layers to get through these cold months. But spring is just around the corner, then I can go back to my uniform of shorts and dresses... been spoiled by california warm weather I know. Anywho, of course I love Unif they have some of the most clever shirts. Couldn't resist this one. Till next time, take it sleazy.

Silver Sun

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is me on one of the finest days in January I have seen yet. It's been a pretty awesome month... for one the holidays are over so thank baby Jesus, life can once again go on free of chaos. Then there was my birthday earlier this month, which consisted of me boozin' it up and waking up hung over just to do it for 4 straight days with family and friends. What more could a girl ask for? Oh yeah, my gem of a boyfriend surprised me with some new Vanessa Mooney jewels which I am wearing here! I'm in love with her new spring collection too, I'm aching to get my hands on more. So all and all, life is good.

Light House

New serpent and turquoise rings I scored during my latest vacation to Mexico city. The moon is Spell, Eagle is Vanessa Mooney, and the last from Free People.

Here we are, 3 days from a new year and I'm back with a new post. Pardon my 2 month break during the holidays... then again if you follow my blog it's pretty much expected at this point. Seeing as how I work in retail it is also the busiest time of the year for me (x2)! Man has it been crazy hectic at Urban. Funny how the holidays are supposed to be a time filled with cheer, yet it can some how brings out the worst in people (aka crazy reckless shoppers). Anywho, I hope everyone had a great holiday though, filled with tons of family, friends, and food... and some sweet Christmas presents are nice too. These shots are from the last time I spent the day with Steve down in LBC. It has definitely been colder in Cali than it looks in these pictures but man the sunset was killer from our view at the light house. I love shooting new outfits and using it as an excuse to check out places I may not otherwise go to. And now that the holidays are over, I am getting back in the swing of things. Till next time...

The Observatory

Post from our latest trip up to Griffith Observatory. My favorite new piece from this outfit is the leather shorts! My new obsession is officially anything velvet and leather- I die! Anywho- I love this place... even if you see everything inside or nothing except the view from outside. Its peaceful and really puts things into perspective. A good friend recently shared with me that she tries to go often because it's her "safe place." The happy thought put a smile on my face... that people have a "safe place" away from home. And after visiting I can remember why. Til next time, Happy Halloween!

LALA

Perusing the streets of the Art District in Downtown LA, Eric and I decided it would be fun to shoot in front of LALA Gallery. They just opened this year and feature murals by street artist How & Nosm and Retna infront of the building. These pictures(though awesome)definitely don't do their work justice... if your in the neighborhood it'd be best to admire in person.
